Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

 All products are shipped out from California, USA. We will make every effort to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.

Apparel products will be shipped out 5-10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after placing an order.

Glass Cans, Tumblers, Mugs and Keychains will be shipped out 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after placing an order.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item/s has been shipped out. Made By Charmz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

FREE Shipping is available for orders $50 or more. Shipping is available to U.S addresses only.

Order cancellation
Due to the nature of our business, we are currently not accepting order cancellations. Purchases are processed immediately after each sale and the customer should ensure the product/s are satisfactory prior to completing their transactions.

***All orders are FINAL and we cannot accept returns and exchanges.
